What You Will Be Working On

As Head of Operations, you will help us build a sophisticated operational heart for our company. You will manage the entire operation process and ensure our team gets the right support to perform at its best.

• Oversee and manage the entire operation, including sub-departments such as Inbound, Outbound, and Production, ensuring efficient processes for hardware testing, warehousing, picking, packing, replenishment, incoming goods, and returns.
• Establish effective procedures and controls for the safe and efficient movement and preservation of products, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain an accurate inventory through a robust control system, ensuring product availability.
• Lead the implementation, assessment, and transition of all new operational initiatives.
• Analyze trends in technology and assess the impact of emerging technologies to create efficiencies in warehousing and logistics.
• Develop, document, and execute standard operating procedures across all facilities and delivery operations.
• Develop and refine KPIs for cost, productivity, and quality while overseeing related projects for scalability, efficiency, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
• Hire, appoint, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance, result-oriented culture.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including managing external relations with partners and logistics providers.
• Coordinate national and international logistics, directing and coordinating with the sales team, and overseeing goods flow.
• Create systems for monitoring individual, team, and performance targets, and manage people and performance accordingly.
• Innovate and implement new processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Conduct departmental audits using quantifiable metrics to determine cost benefits, demand, and service capacity.
• Optimize effectiveness and production through effective use of inventory software, including warehouse management, inventory management, labor control, and distribution logistics.
• Serve as a member of the Leadership team, contributing to decision-making and vision building.
  
  

Who are you?

• You have 5+ years of managerial experience at operational and tactical levels, specifically in logistics, retail, and/or IT hardware.
• You have a proven track record of leading people to high performance and developing efficient processes.
• You lead proactively and have a systematic approach to understanding and solving complex problems.
• You possess highly developed organizational skills, keep the bigger picture in mind, and are determined to achieve firm objectives.
• You are an excellent communicator in English.
• You are passionate about sustainability and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You believe in collaboration and have worked on various projects in cost efficiency, scalability, process optimization, automation, KPIs, and budgets.
• You strive to make people around you happier, ensuring they can proudly talk about their workday.
