Sr. Business Development Manager at SkinVision:
We are seeking a German-speaking Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in acquiring and scaling partnerships with health insurers and corporates in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
In this role, you will drive new business opportunities in “the rest of the world” outside UK, Benelux, and US, helping SkinVision expand its global reach. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for a results-driven professional with strong networks and experience in healthcare, insurance, or corporate wellness.
What you will do:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads, balancing short- and long-term growth objectives.
Personally lead key business development activities, from exploration to launch and expansion of partnerships.
Acquire new partners and grow existing relationships with insurers, corporates, and strategic stakeholders (e.g., CBHS, AXA, OZP, Unimed).
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including close collaboration with customer success teams as well as marketing, product, medical, legal, and operations.
Provide insights into local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and growth opportunities in the DACH region and other international markets.
Contribute to developing tools, processes, and best practices for global business development.
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English. French is a plus.
Proven track record in business development with health insurers or corporates in the DACH region.
Strong network within healthcare and corporate sector in DACH region
At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic consulting, preferably in digital health, insurance, or tech.
Ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and manage long-term partnerships.
Analytical skills to interpret data and convert insights into actionable business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable navigating fast-moving, ambiguous international markets.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and able to operate independently in new markets.
