Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience Intern to join our team for 6 months starting in July 2025 (ideally). This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in digital customer support, healthtech, and user-centered communication. You will assist our support specialists in delivering high-quality, timely, and empathetic responses across various channels during our busiest season.
Note: There is a possibility to extend this internship into a full-time position after the 6-month period, depending on performance and team needs.

You will assist our support specialists in delivering high-quality, timely, and empathetic responses across various channels during our busiest season.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via Zendesk and other platforms.
- Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate team members based on complexity.
- Support the review and analysis of feedback from NPS surveys and app store reviews.
- Help identify recurring issues or improvement areas in customer interactions.
- Assist in managing detractor responses and follow-ups under guidance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure timely ticket resolution.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to customer insights reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support processes and frequently asked questions.
- Best practices in customer service and user experience.
- Use of tools such as Zendesk, Survicate, Satismeter, Jira, and other management platforms.
- How to work within cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
- How feedback loops influence product development and CX strategy.
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Communications, Business, Skin Therapy, Psychology, or a related field at a Dutch university.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and service-minded approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up company environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and digital tools.
- Available for 24-40 hours a week.
- Living and studying in the Netherlands
- Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
- Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, or user feedback mechanisms.
- Interest in digital health or technology.
