The Role: Support Engineer

We're in search of a Support Engineer who will be pivotal in providing technical support across our diverse teams. This role demands not just technical expertise, but also exceptional problem-solving skills and robust communication abilities. You'll be instrumental in supporting our product and B2B integrations, ensuring seamless operations across the board.You will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support and insights that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to different teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Medical.
  • Work with the Development team to deep dive into technology to address technology challenges and spearhead improvements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, contributing to effective resolution strategies.
  • Apply your understanding of databases, especially SQL, to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Partner with the Finance team to guarantee precise invoicing.
  • Be an integral part of the incident response team, ready to react to potential issues promptly.
  • Embrace a hands-on, pragmatic engineering approach to tackle a variety of technical challenges.
  • Demonstrate your problem-solving prowess by thoroughly understanding and resolving complex issues.


Essential Skills:

  • A solid technical foundation in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Good understanding of databases, particularly SQL.
    • Experience with the use of data APIs.
  • An enthusiastic, pragmatic, and hands-on engineering approach.
  • A keen problem-solver who enjoys thoroughly understanding and resolving issues.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
  • Experience with information security and cloud applications is a plus.
Desirable Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of programming in Python and Java.
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
