Your opportunity

• You will experience the culture of a technology start-up company with a social mission.
• You will work in an international team with team members from +25 countries and clients across the globe.
• You will work closely with the data science team and in particular the lead data scientist to take best practices in responsible AI and turn them into actionable improvements for AI model development and deployment.

Your team

You will work closely with and report to Aaron, our lead data scientist. You will join our Data Science team where you will also collaborate with our talented and impact-driven people: Rihab, Anna, & Divabelle.

Your impact

• You will assist in researching best practices for the development of a Responsible AI framework for SkillLab heavily guided by the EU AI ACT.
• You will assist in implementing this research-driven framework. In doing so, you will ensure that our product continues to be socially conscious and helpful for our users.
• You will proactively document these processes from A-Z to ensure transparency and help improve future processes.
