Your opportunity

You will be part of an expert team in dealing with large scale data and knowledge sources (taxonomies) around occupations, skills, qualifications, educations. This data will be relevant for high quality employment services for people such as job seekers, workers, employers and/or training providers.

You’ll be mostly working in client implementation projects. Turning data into usable insights that connect with our clients level of understanding and needs is crucial for the role.

Your team

You will join our Data Science team as our new Data Scientist. The lead data scientist is Aaron who has many years of experience in multiple industries in data science and AI. You will work closely with Rihab, a Data Scientist who specialises in taxonomies. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining our taxonomies' data structures, working with clients to help build their own, as well as training and evaluating NLP models. Anna is a data scientist specialising in recommendation systems.

Your impact

• You will maintain our user data, taxonomies or other datasets and actively search for more relevant datasets.
• You will communicate with the company and/or clients on AI topics in an accessible manner.
• You will obtain and manipulate required data for modelling, analysis and/or reporting purposes.
• You will support our business consultants with analysis and reports, workshops and client trainings as well as our product managers with turning data into products and/or solutions.
• You will write code to parse, process and output data.
• You are able to leverage AI and machine learning technologies and have an understanding of them.
