Our goal at OpenUp is to make mental well-being accessible to everyone. We support companies, their employees, and employees' families with mental well-being.

Our OpenUp platform provides employees and their families access to mental well-being check-ins, online courses, articles, videos, interactive group sessions, mindfulness sessions, and a team of experienced experts. We believe that physical and mental well-being go hand in hand, and that lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, and stress management are key to achieving balance. By integrating our Lifestyle Experts to the platform with a focus on nutrition, exercise and sleep, we ensure a holistic approach to health. The Team

At the heart of OpenUp, you’ll find the Content & Learning team, responsible for creating and facilitating all self-guided materials, masterclasses, and group sessions. We ensure that our content is engaging, impactful, and tailored to our core markets – including the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). And that’s where we need you!

The Role

As a Content Intern, you’ll play a key role in bringing our German content to life. Your responsibilities include:

• Translating and localising articles, newsletters, and other materials to ensure they resonate with our German-speaking audience.
• Supporting the DE Content Specialist in researching, editing, and publishing content.
• Helping optimise content for readability, clarity, consistency and engagement.
• Contributing creative ideas to improve and expand our content offering.

About You

You’re a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for content and mental well-being. You enjoy working in a fast-moving, international team and have an eye for what makes content good. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You are a native German speaker (fluency in English required, French is a plus but not a must).
• You have strong writing and editing skills with an affinity for clear, engaging messaging.
• You have a keen eye for detail, spotting inconsistencies, and formatting issues while precisely following content guidelines and brand ToV.
• You are available for a minimum of 4 days per week, preferably (partly) working from our Amsterdam office.
• You are organised, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn!
