Your job

As Business Development Representative, you are responsible for using targeted outbound initiatives to build a pipeline with high quality leads. You’ll work together with Account Executives to strategise and outreach the Benelux market in order to find and match OpenUp to high potential accounts with ambitious goals on mental well-being.

What you will be doing:

You directly contribute to the company's mission, “mental well-being for all”, by reaching out to new prospects about the OpenUp platform
You’ll strategise and execute targeted outbound initiatives together with the Benelux Account Executives and other Business Development Representatives
You’ll support with lead capturing and nurturing initiatives, like events, tradeshows, online courses, etc
Converting potential interest into discovery calls (and platform users)

About You

You are preferably living in the Randstad.
You are a born team player and you draw energy from the people around you.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are customer-oriented.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
0-2 years of experience (in Sales or Business Development roles).
At ease in an international environment: you speak both great English and Dutch.
