Your job
You are part of a diverse and international commercial team where Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Publishing and Psychologists work closely together to ensure that as many client employees as possible use OpenUp’s services. As Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal customer experience for the employees of our clients. This will include onboarding new clients, inventing new (creative) ways of activating employees, regular check-in moments and collaborating with other teams such as marketing, sales, product and psychologists to ensure our services are well-tailored to the needs of our customers. Through regular check-in moments, in which you discuss performance and growth, you will ensure that our clients stay happy and become ambassadors.
About you
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on our customer base in the Spanish and Benelux market, supporting our mission of providing mental well-being to all. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, ensuring they get the most from their OpenUp solutions while also expanding the commercial relationship. This position is available remotely or hybrid-based and requires flexibility and availability to visit our headquarters in Amsterdam on a quarterly basis (if remote).
What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the BENELUX market
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored support and guidance on OpenUp solutions
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts
- Consistently meeting or exceeding commercial targets, including revenue growth and account expansion
- Proactively gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and OpenUp's product offerings
Required Skills
- Fluent in Dutch, Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at a professional working level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial and customer-facing role
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and growing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility and availability to visit our Amsterdam headquarters on a quarterly basis
- Experience in the mental health, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus
