Your job
As the UK Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating all copy and content in native British English. This will require you to craft compelling landing pages, articles, newsletters, courses, and other materials that resonate with our UK target audiences and, when necessary, drive conversions. As a true Brit, you’ll have a natural ability to write in a way that immediately captures the attention of UK readers. Whether it's through a captivating story or a witty one-liner, you know exactly how to engage your audience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Unleash your creative prowess and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI) to produce captivating copy and content across our editorial and marketing platforms, including articles, landing pages, newsletters, website copy, and courses;
- Edit and provide feedback on English copy and content;
- Ensure consistency within all English communication, including across our website and content. You are responsible for our English tone-of-voice and must make sure all our written communication is flawless;
- Provide input for and work on new content ideas and creative ways to repurpose content that works;
- Analyse the content efforts (via a data-driven approach) and optimise accordingly;
- Work closely with different teams to deliver English content that our users (employees, HR and managers) in the UK need;
- Constantly aim for improving ways of working. You live and breathe new technologies and firmly believe that they’re a powerful ally in gaining efficiency and accuracy.

Next to that:
- You are native in British English, no spelling mistake goes amiss and you have an incredible eye for detail;
- You are a true Brit, you live and breathe British culture;
- You have a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of or related to English Literature, journalism, or marketing;
- You have 2-3 years experience in creating and managing all types of content;
- You are available for 36 to 40 hours per week;
- You are creative and strong with words; you know how to write an impactful story, SEO-optimised articles or engaging newsletters that make people want to click;
- You take a data-driven approach and know how to analyse the performance of your content;
- You love to work with objectives and are excited to achieve KPIs;
- You understand what a tone of voice is, why it’s important and how to make sure the content you create on a daily basis is aligned with it;
- You have a big interest in mental well-being and really want to live our mission;
- You like to work in a fast-paced environment;
- You have experience with Wordpress and other content tools like email campaigns platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign).
