• 7+ years of experience in fermentation technology, ideally with experience in scaling-up processes

• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of fermentation processes and knowledge on downstream processes.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire a team.

• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.

• Proficient in Dutch and English.
  

Are you a seasoned lab professional with a passion for both hands-on work and leadership? We’re looking for a Senior Fermentation Technician to lead our pilot line team, but we’re also open to someone with more extensive supervisory experience who’s excited about overseeing the entire lab team.
