• Degree in Regulatory Affairs, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

• 5 years of regulatory affairs experience in food, pet food, or cosmetics/personal care industries.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the EU.

• Results-driven and strong communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment with strategic agility.

• High level of integrity.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in North America.

• Understanding of sustainability and circularity concepts.

• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

• Track record of successful product market entry.
