Do you want the same as we do?

Are you passionate about transforming bioprocess efficiency?

Do you want to be at the forefront of a revolutionary field?

Would you like to join us and help enhance bioprocess strategies by applying your understanding of cell metabolism and feed strategy optimisation?

Your key responsibilities

Project leadership: Drive feed strategy related projects and collaborate with project coordinators to determine project scope, complexity, timelines, and dependencies.

Analyse and interpret metabolic data to optimise the feeding strategy: Use knowledge of cell metabolism to collect, analyse and interpret metabolic data coming from intracellular and spent media analysis and translate it into actionable feeding strategies for the bioprocess. Assess nutrient requirements and tailor the media towards specific cell needs. Improve cell culture media formulations and feed mixes tailored to specific bioprocess requirements, including cell growth, differentiation, and productivity for batch, fed-batch and perfusion culture processes.

Process development: Develop a robust and scalable feeding strategy that can efficiently translate into large-scale production.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate bioprocess development efforts into overall process optimisation strategies. Be an active contributor in team discussions and co-creator with team and project members.

Experimentation: Design, conduct and analyse experiments as part of various research and development activities.

Documentation: Summarise and evaluate study results, thoroughly documenting all experimental processes and outcomes.

Innovation: Exercise sound judgement and creativity to innovate within standard practices and procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Reporting and advising: Report the project results to the team leader, the leadership and the scientific community within Mosa Meat and occasionally to outside partners. Advise the team leader on scientific strategy.
