What is the purpose of your role?

As a People Officer you will run a variety of projects and support the people team in performing our tasks as a total team. Making sure we are well organised in terms of processes, systems and structure. That accounts for the time being and for our future growth.


What are your key responsibilities?

You’ll support the operational side of the business, completing and maintaining parts of the people's master data in our HR Management Systems, incl the maintenance of personnel files.

Projects you will manage, the creation of new versions of the People's Book, sending out and analyzing (engagement) surveys, providing current training in DEI and feedback receiving and giving.

You’ll be, in line with the rest of our People team, a point of contact for our people for all kind of questions asked to the People team.

What will you do?


You will support operational side of the business and at the same time, learn about the salary administration.

You will keep our People's book up to date twice a year.

You will be involved in parts of the on and off boarding.

You will conduct our Culture Amp engagement survey 2 times a year and start measuring and learning more over time with new surveys.

We could see this role stretch eventually to the creation of new trainings based on new (survey) insights, if this lies within your skill set.

You will support in recruitment when necessary to ensure Mosa Meat maintains its fast growing pace.

Closely together with your colleagues from the People team, you will be working on projects to improve the overall people experience at Mosa Meat.

You will support the future implementation of the (yet to be selected) HRM system together with the support of the Senior People Officer and the Head of People to make sure we are ready for our upcoming growth and future operation support systems.

What are we looking for?


Solid People fundamentals and at least 3-4 years of experience in a People operations role and have a passion to organize and structure people matters.

Completed at least a secondary vocational education, (preferably) a BSc degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) or People focused business.

Your professional people knowledge, including knowledge of Dutch labour law, is up to date.

You are able to simplify complex processes while answering questions and making it accessible and understandable for everyone.

A real, organised and structured people’s person.

A hard-working and dedicated team-player.

You must be able to work well under pressure and you are a fast learner who is adaptive/flexible.

Good verbal and written communication skills (minimum B2 level English).

Ability to commence soon (desirable).
