Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Support Specialist with a strong learning mindset and a basic

understanding of QA activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager

to grow in technical support and quality assurance, and who is reliable and comfortable

participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Your role:

• Act as first-line technical support, handling incoming incidents and service requests

• Perform initial troubleshooting, issue analysis, and escalation when necessary

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure service continuity

• Support manual QA activities under guidance, including test execution and basic

• alidation

• Assist with documenting issues, test results, and support procedures

• Collaborate with senior support, QA, and development teams
